Service Description
Session 1: Gentle Stretch + Immersive Soundbath (75mins) 10 mins introduction to sound therapy and settling in 15 mins light, beginners-accessible yoga stretches for shoulders, neck, and back — designed for for desk-bound executives 50 mins restorative soundbath using Himalayan Singing Bowls and other therapeutic instruments This option helps release the physical body tension first, then guides everyone into a deep, calming sound journey. Session 2: Immersive Soundbath + Interactive Learning (100mins) 10 mins gentle movement / yoga-based stretches 10 mins guided breathing to settle the mind 50 mins immersive soundbath for stress relief & nervous system 30 mins interactive segment - participants explore the instruments and learn simple techniques to use sound for calm and focus This option works well for teams who enjoy both relaxation and mindful engagement to learn (hands-on) singing bowls and sound frequencies to help prime our mind to settle in and support emotional regulation.
Cancellation Policy
To provide all clients with the best possible service, please review the following terms before confirming your appointment: Payments - The remaining balance is to be settled on the day of your appointment. - Accepted payment methods: Cash, PayNow, or bank transfer. Rescheduling - Clients may reschedule once with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice, subject to the trainer’s availability. Cancellations & No-Shows - Deposits are strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellations or no-shows. - If cancellation is made with sufficient notice, the deposit may be transferred to another service. Punctuality - Please arrive on time for your appointment. - Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation, with the deposit forfeited. Service Policy - All services are carried out to the highest professional standards. - As time and products are allocated to each booking, no refunds will be issued once services have been rendered.
